Spore Game Save Question

hi,

im currently playing spore on my macbook pro and would like to transfer my gaming to my mac pro.

how do i move my game save and creations to the mac pro?

is it possible?

I would also like to know the answer if anyone else knows!!!

I started my macbook pro in target disk mode and then booted the pro from it.

That worked but I'd like to transfer the game. I know I can install spore and 3 comps before resetting. I just would like to know how to transfer my saved game.
