Hi, any issues with the Velcro staying connected when the sport loop is worn in the pool or at the beach?

I had mine come undone while jumping into a lake off a boat. Luckily it didn't slide off my wrist all the way. I'd be carful in a lake or beach where it could be hard to find. In a pool you could at least get it back fairly easily if it somehow comes off

I tried all the watch bands in the water and the best one so far is the ocean band, no wonder why. 😅😅 The sport loop can get loose, I had this issue in the past.

Used it on the pool and didn’t have issues, didn’t dive though. I don’t like the wet feeling after very much, I find the Solo Loop more comfortable and safer for this purpose.

I also don't care for the "Feel" of the fabric bands in the water; I prefer fluoroelastomer. I did have a cheap 3rd party band that popped out of the slot on my AW6 when I jumped into the water.. sadly a 70' deep lake so that was a goner. Since then I tend to stick with Apple bands if I'm doing anything even a little bit strenuous.

I personally like the Solo Loop too, that band is so comfortable it's become my daily wear. Though the Sport Loop would work fine.

Just on thing on pools expecially if you swim I suggest you a cover protection or a case. Personal experience.
I found a case from Misxi that is told waterproof, lets some humidity in but not on the screen, you can use the touch screen easily with a simple dry of the case.
Maybe if you have an Ultra or a SS with Sapphire glass it’s not that necessary, better with AppleCare+ just in case.

Unless you're just rabidly opposed to AppleCare+ in general... Apple Watch is the one product that it makes the most sense on. ANY damage service, you may as well just toss the watch & buy a new one if you don't have AC+.
