So I just pulled off my ArmorSuit... I so much prefer the look and feel of the naked glass, but am worried about scratches. I know a lot of people opted to not put on a protector, and I wonder how your screens are holding up? Particularly fellow Sport owners?

Perfectly. I wear it 17 hours/day, every day, including biking and running workouts. There is not a mark or defect on my screen.

Although I own multiple screen protectors, including several glass ones, I've always been too lazy to apply any of them. So my screen has been unprotected since launch day. Still pristine.

Mine has a little hairline scratch. Its really unnoticeable unless you shine a bright light on it. You can't tell when you're looking at the device

I've got a very very fine hairline scratch on the corner of the glass from the dog jumping up and knocking it against the door:mad:

Apart from that it looks perfect and you have to look for the tiny scratch in the perfect light.

I admit I'm really paranoid about the screen scratching but I don't wear mine all day, only get to put it on after work and days off so I'm not exposed to as many elements as others are.

Mine has a couple of clearly visible scratches on the top curve of the screen and a couple of hairline scratches in the middle of the screen. Doesn't really affect the way I use it, but I'm a bit scared about the future, I won't change the screen after another year with it just because the screen is too scratched.

Mine is in perfect shape after wearing it 17 or 18 hours a day since July, 2015 (knock on wood). I wear it while bicycling (on and off road), to work, at home, etc. I also have active kids who are 3 and 5 and they like to climb all over me. I take it off for stuff like yard work that will require moving a lot of dirt, but that's about it. I don't baby it and on multiple occasions I have knocked the watch into a wall, desk or table. For the last 3 or 4 months I guess I have had a shirt sleeve providing some degree of protection, but that's it.

Thank you for the information! I think I will probably apply a new ArmorSuit, just to be safe. :)

Mine's holding up great. I've only had it for a month, granted, but it gets heavy wear and I've inadvertently banged it into several counters and doors and there's not a mark on it.

My wif'es watch is about 6 months old and there isn't a spot on it (we even bought it used from someone getting rid of it at a great price to boot!) Durability seems ok; I am looking forward to improvements in workout tracking with the 2.0 model. If they can match garmin I will be a day one adopter (well, pending reviews and such so maybe not day one lol). I am not a sup hardcore triathlete or anything, but if I am going to spend money on a watch that gets 95% of its use (for me) in fitness tracking, it needs to be damn near perfect. Many comparisons I have read show the watch being a bit off (not terrible, but just not good enough for me to sink that kind of money into it). If it doesn't improve I will lkikely inherit the 1.0 since wife already "knows" that she "needs" the next one lol.

fine I am a woodworker. though I put it on my left wrist as I am always hitting stuff.
