This looks very encouraging. I started following you to keep track of the progress. Any idea how far you are out from submitting the first version to Apple?

What you got so far looks fantastic. I've been using Spotable since it's release and while it's not perfect it does get the job done.

I want to clarify that this is not an official app. This is a personal project. I will keep everyone posted on the process. I don't have a name yet, but as soon as I come up with a branding, I will put up a site with updates that everyone can follow.

My day is a little crazy. Apparently my mockups drew so much attention on twitter that Spotify actually called me.

I would be surprised if that happened. One thing for sure, I've been getting tons of positive feedback on the app.

Thanks! That means a lot. I will keep everyone posted. Since I am a designer first and foremost. So far the app is in that stage. I'm talking to a few people now to make this happen.

wow that looks awesome! I use spotify on my Macbook and miss a good app for my ipad. keep up the good work.
I'm sure people are willing to pay like 2 or 3 bucks for good spotify app!

Yay! If you beat Spotify the punch with a decent app you'll be a hero to many of us Spotify fans suffering without an iPad app. Ridiculous there isn't an official app yet.
