I too, am deeply missing some sort of Spotify Apple Watch support and I've only had the watch for two days!

Mind boggling that support is in Carplay but not on the watch.

There's an app available called Nuuzic that allows most Spotify controls via the watch. I believe it's free at the moment.

While it's nice to control it the main functionality everyone is asking for is offline sync to the watch. No 3rd party app can do that and likely never will.

This is one of many reasons why I swichted to Apple Music.

They could probably build an app in hours yet they have no interest.
