Spotlight cannot locate apps

I can't locate an app when I use Spotlight although it is marked in Settings, thanks for any answer.

Sometimes I have that issue. Haven't seen a fix for it.

True story.
This bug has been annoying me for weeks. Out of curiosity... are you guys using stock keyboard? I had a weird hunch that it was related to how my 3rd party keyboard was handing data to the OS...
