Why does spotlight exclude certain items from its search results even when there are no locations excluded by the privacy settings?

I have Firefox 3.0.5 and there exists a folder on my HD called "Mozilla" because I can manually navigate to it. Yet, when I type "Mozilla" into spotlight and search the whole mac, no folders are in the results -- only misc files.

Spotlight ignores the Library folder.
Good to know... any way to include it?

When I search for something, I want "everything" included in the returns, including dangerous files that will explode my computer if messed with.

No way that I know of to make Spotlight search the Library folder. You can search with Finder and include System files:
