Spotlight not index external hard drive

Hello guys,
My problem after fresh install yosemite like tittle.
All my database in my external hard drive - Seagate Brand.
When use mavericks, everything is okay. I tried so many way, but no change.
Anyone can help me plz. I see have somany problem on yosemite.

Check System Preferences->SpotLight, Privacy tab and either prevent Spotlight or allow SpotLight to index an external.

i tried this way, but nothing change. In privacy tab, no item added.
