Spotlight not working

Hi, is it just me or the spotlight is not working as explained in the conference?

I can search my phone like before but i never get any of the new spotlight functionality

Yes the "Spotlight Suggestion" its enabled in the settings

I don't understand why they add all these new features if they are only meant to be used in US&A.

USA and it is working for me. iPhone 5s.

Same issue as the explore tab in the app store. In Canada we still have the near me button.
