It is really annoying, that spotlight search always show the contents that I have already deleted, even it was deleted a few months ago. For example, I deleted a note in the notes app, then emptied the recently deleted contents, but somehow I could still "find" the deleted note through spotlight search.

Anyone know how to fix this (without reinstalling iOS)? Thanks.

Sync with iTunes.
 
Tried. No luck. The deleted notes still exist in Spotlight search. :(
What about disabling notes from spotlight search and then re-enabling again (maybe with some time in-between)?
