Spotlight search found deleted contents

It is really annoying, that spotlight search always show the contents that I have already deleted, even it was deleted a few months ago. For example, I deleted a note in the notes app, then emptied the recently deleted contents, but somehow I could still "find" the deleted note through spotlight search.

Anyone know how to fix this (without reinstalling iOS)? Thanks.

Sync with iTunes.

Sync with iTunes.

I can't use iCloud sync if I choose to sync with iTunes, right?

That's only the case of backups. You can sync with iTunes any time. 😉

Tried. No luck. The deleted notes still exist in Spotlight search. 🙁

What about disabling notes from spotlight search and then re-enabling again (maybe with some time in-between)?
