Spotlight Search with Email on fixed?

Updated to 5.1 and it seems to have resolved issues with my 4s and using Spotlight Search to include emails.

Prior to this, 99% of the time it would not work at all if I had searching of emails turned on.

Have others had success with this?

Turning that back on now too as I also had that problem. We'll see how it holds up.
