Spring Cleaning.......!?

I just received an email from Smith Micro Software, and their new Spring Cleaning 9 software for Macs (10.4.9)....😕
Has anyone heard/read/used this program and if so how has it worked or not worked for you, and is this recommendable at all, how many apples 🙂apple🙂 would you rate it?
