SpringBoard Icon after updating

I just updated to IOS6 and now I have a blank white icon on my 4S that is named SpringBoard. Anyone else seen this?😱

This Phone has never been jailbroken.

Do a hard reset and see if that fixes it...

Hold power and home buttons until screen goes dark and white apple appears. Let go.

Tried the hard reset but its still there. Cant delete it either.😕

Was your phone jailbroken?

Edit: Never mind...Try to restore to factory settings and restore via iCloud

I put the phone in DFU mode and did a fresh install as a new phone, the springboard icon is still there and it won't restore from a backup. I either get an error saying that the Iphone closed the sesion or that a restore sesion cound not be started.😱

Anyone have any Ideas???
