sprint 14 days or can I exchange at 30 days?

I keep seeing people saying that you can exchange it at 30 days through apple? or is that only if you bought it from apple. I bought mine through sprint online pre-order

With Sprint, I wouldn't go past 9 days. (there was a thread about it).

More like 8-9 days from sprint and that's if they still let you.

Since speculation seems to be the rule, knowing sprint it's seven days total. 5 working days plus the weekend. Their restocking fee of 15% is also a bit steep. But they do have inexpensive plans. Oh, the white one is subject to an additional charge.

go past 9 days after the pre-order or 9 days after the 14 days. And what about the 30 days Im seeing with people returning to apple can I return through apple? because im pretty sure att verizon and sprint have 14 day return policy, but I dont know if that means apple won't take it back if your past it.
