I'm not sure how I'm supposed to activate my phone since the supposed "Get Started" instructions were not included in my box as the invoice indicates. But I went to sprint.com/activate, which walks me through how to activate my phone. Except every time I enter my IMEI number(s) (two phones), Sprint says it doesn't recognize the code. What am I doing wrong?

Sprint doesn't use the IMEI. They use the MEID.
