You can try your hardest and keep calling in to their outsourced Philippines CSR's until your head explodes, but it's never gonna work. You can unlock it once Premium Sprint unlocking services go back down to about 21$, lol but I doubt they ever will. But I will say Bagel Boy, if you do have success by calling in repeatedly then please post proof to the group. I think they pretty much cracked down to all their CSR's with an internal memo telling them to just play dumb when asked for an unlock. Also, even if you were a Sprint customer and got far enough in the unlock process, every Rep usually asks for the previous owner/customers info..such as account PIN, social security, email, etc.. Best of luck man!
I believe you're referring to the standard customer service?

International services generally knows what they are doing. And for a paid off phone asking for an international unlock only they should comply.

Yes, when I've called their main customer service line (1-888-211-4727) and requested international, or just called international (888-226-7212) I've always eventually been prompted for my customer info, and I'm not a Sprint customer. Then if you eventually get to any unlock process (I used a friends account info to get past first prompt) they will ask you for the last customers information of the phone you're trying to unlock. If I'm using the wrong customer service numbers please point me in the right direction. Thanks.

This is what I have used and suggested in the past: https://sprintworldwide.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch

It's their online chat and the initial form does not ask for this information.

The chat rep may ask, but I'd just be honest and explain that you aren't a customer but that the phone is paid off and you're asking for an unlock (domestic or international).

Assuming they ask for the info of course.

Yeah so absolutely no luck there. I tried about 5 different employees and they all ask for previous owner info. It's funny because one of them even said that after 2015 that iPhone eligible for unlock should automatically be unlocked, but it barely ever happens. IMEI 358542053641410 iPhone 5C. If you can get this unlocked using your method that supposedly works eyoungren, then I will pay you..lol.

Well, I haven't been a Sprint customer for over two years no so I don't think that'd work.
