Carrier SPRINT iPhone 11, Pro, Pro Max (2019) Pre-Orders, Orders and SHIPPED Thread

So I wait and I wait and nothing. UPS app shows out for delivery so I call ups and it was delivered 45 min ago and left on my porch. Ha ha ok the

Alright Sprint family it’s been real. Another year another iPhone. The only drama was UPS being around the corner at 10am and not getting my phone till 5:30pm.
Hope see you guys next year or the year after.

So I want to trade my 11 Pro 64 for the 11 Pro max but sprint is saying they aren’t available until mid October? Blah

Yeah, that’s what I’ve been told too. I got my 11 Pro 64 in MG and decided to make the same swap. I called and they cancelled everything with the 11 Pro and made an order for the Max that says it should arrive October 11-18. Fortunately I have 30 days to return the 11 Pro so I’ll be using that (and likely end up getting used to the smaller size completely) until the Max comes.

Be careful with the restocking fee. They will charge you if it’s not in original packaging and it’s it’s been activated.

I chatted with an online agent to get the fee waived since I’ve been a longtime Sprint customer. Just to make you aware.

I don’t recall them mentioning anything about it, so I’m thinking they may have waived it for me too, since we’re also long time customers.
 
Hey guys today I ordered the iPhone 11 pro max and sending my 11 pro back. He waived the activation and restocking fee and gave me free expedited delivery so that was cool.

When I sent my phone back with Verizon, all they wanted was the phone and nothing else. Haven’t really looked yet but what do I need to include in box with the phone when returning the 11 Pro?

Just pulled the trigger on an 11Pro Max Space Gray today.

Will ship Oct 10-17

Coming from an X for the larger & better XDR display, I watch a ton of shows. Finally decided to make the switch to larger 6.5 form factor.

Battery was nice on my X but this will be much better based on how much I use it per day.

My kid is getting my X, who’s been sporting my old 6S and is also pretty stoked. I was more stoked how long that 6S lasted for both of us!!

Update: since I’m still the last post.

I ordered this on October 1 and it’s going to be at my doorstep today October 10th via UPS Next Day no charge to me.

Sprint turnaround from preorder was a 10 day turnaround for those that have been interested or may come to this thread late and read.
