Resolved Sprint iPhone 4s stuck on "1x" signal after upgrade to iOS 9

Hi everyone! I upgraded my Sprint iPhone 4s to iOS 9 PB 3 from iOS 8.4.1 today, and I am unable to get a 3G signal, even when I know I should have 3G. I tried doing a carrier service update multiple times, but it failed consistently.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Yes, this has been resolved. It turns out that I had to do the carrier service update while connected to Wi-Fi.
