I am correct if I Pay sprint $210 dollars I can end the lease now and I'll own my iPhone 6 plus? Just curious because I could look into seeing if I want to buy a Samsung Galaxy S7, Nexus 6P or perhaps iPhone 7 come September. I am happy with my iPhone 6 plus but just curious if I'm understanding the sprint Lease correctly?

If you do the math, it is 210 for the early termination of the lease, you can walk away without the phone, or pay the 210 early termination and the other 210 for the purchase option.

From Sprint's own Lease FAQs.

If you cancel service during your lease term, you are required to pay the remaining lease payments plus the Purchase Option Price listed in your Lease Agreement. If you return your device in good, working condition, the device purchase option price will be credited to your account.
