I was under the impression that Sprint was sold out of all pre-orders yet on their website the 32gb and 64gb models are still available for delivery on the 14th-15th.... Should I take a chance?

You should try it then a lot sprint customers have 3 big android devices with duel core and "4g" in the last 3 months so they aren't due for upgrade
