Sprint Supports Google Voice on All Phones

I'm not sure about their best phones, but it will work on dumb phones as well, which is huge
 
If AT&T changes my iPhone plan for tethering I'll probably drop that plan, get a sprint dumb phone and work with google voice on my iPad. Good to know there are options.
