A little over a month from the iphone launch and I have noticed improvements on the sprint network so things are getting better. Plus they have a map with planned tower upgrades over the next 6 months and my area is saturated with improvements coming, so it shows they do care about making things better,

Because Sprint's data is accidentally slow and not purposely done, it's not throttling. If ATT allowed a user 3GB per month before slowing the user down, that would be terrible. If the user is only able to get 2GB on Sprint because data moves so slowly, that's not. Weird, isn't it?

There are over half a million apps and counting on the iPhone. Apps that can take you anywhere, do anything. You might say there's no limit to what this amazing device can do. So the question to ask is, "Why would anyone want to limit the iPhone?" We don't.

Truly unlimited data for you iPhone...only from Sprint.

Well, Sprint is limiting the iPhone due to the slowest data plan.

Man people need to shut up about Sprint slow speeds.. I'm on Sprint and it's not slow! All companies will feature slow and fast connections depending on where you live... So just shut up about Sprint data speeds! I'm glad I can laugh at all of you who don't have unlimited data :D

These were my results today standing near the Sprint store by Northgate Mall in Seattle. Unlimited ftw

Ouch. Reminds me of my speeds while I'm on the road in the middle of the afternoon.

I thought all the Sprint stores boost their signals with an Airave, so 4S owners can't come in and complain about slow 3G speeds? At least that's what I heard they do from some 4S owners on the official Sprint forums.

I hope they continue to support the unlimited data option, and I hope AT&T and Verizon lose business because of it. Also, I hope their cheaper rates affect AT&T and Verizon's business.

There's absolutely no reason why people should be paying $90/month for the smallest minutes plan available and unlimited data.

As long as their network sucks, they will have no effect on Verizon or AT&T.

That can be true of any carrier; it all depends on your location and how many people are accessing the network there.

Yes, if my location is Downtown Chicago, Manhattan, San Francisco, LA, or Boston, then I usually have connectivity issues. :D:mad:

Agree 100%. I also live and work in the NY, NJ, PA area and if my data speeds are slow I can't tell. Everything I do on my iPhone works fine. Whether listening to Spotify or watching Netflix while wifey shops my experience has been nothing but great.

Same here - I love Sprint!

I've done Netflix, Last.fm, iTunes Match, Youtube, simple browsing - never had a problem with speeds.

Unlimited data with speeds that let me accomplish what I want to do on my phone PLUS about $20 cheaper then AT&T? Yes, please.

I question what type of speeds are people looking for over 3G? If you're trying to do any sort of power browser, connect to Wifi for goodness sakes.

I love the fact that my bill is 75 bucks a month. That includes 4G and Unlimited everything and 450 minutes to Land Lines.

I lived in Downtown LA for a year and had no issues. In fact I had full WiMax from Venice and Main all the way to Chavez and Alameda.

If they do boost the signals, it apparently doesn't help the phone load Google any faster.

I just ran a test. With 1 bar on my EVO on the 3rd floor Basement I got 1.5 down and .35 up.

I use my Verizon Droid work phone for when I need to browse the web. It's kind of embarrassing but it is what it is.
