I switched to Sprint a few months ago to take advantage of their Kickstarter $15 Unlimited plan which is a great deal. When I switched over I did so with an iPhone SE and the intention of upgrading at full price to a newer phone when the 2018 models were released. So I just received an iPhone XR which I paid for in full and now the Sprint website says I cannot upgrade or switch phones without switching to a $60 or more unlimited plan. Anybody else dealing with this? I know they have the right to do whatever they want but this plan is only a few months old. Seems crazy to me that they are essentially treating it like a 10 year old grandfathered plan that needs to be fazed out.

If you’re fortunate enough to get on that plan when you could, don’t ever give it up (non-transferable anyway) it’s the absolutely best rate on any carrier bar none
