so Im eligible for an upgrade through sprint my eligibility was reset 10/3 around 330pm EST. I have gone to the Apple storr twice and both times they say Im not eligible for an upgrade and that I will have to pay full price. I called up sprint cust service the first time they said it would take up to 24hr for the eligibility to reset in APples system. Today it is still showing I need to pay full price for a phone. Sprint is no help, they keep insisting I need to come into a Sprint store to upgrade. I called Apple they blamed Sprint. Called sprint, they blamed Apple.
Anyone else have this issue

Im probably going to have to do it online. Sprint is no help. And it still says I'm not eligible for upgrade on the Apple website.

I was eligible for an upgrade through sprint as well. I pre-ordered when it first went live and I was able to upgrade through apple. So yes just do it online on apples website.

on apples site its still showing full price, I was referring to Sprints website. I called Apple again and they actually escalated the call this time. Still nothing they could do. They said all their info is sent from Sprint. Ill give it until tomorrow, last resort is that it just hasnt updated yet on Apples website

Sprint plays tricks with upgrades... they give it, take it away ALL the time. Mine was ready in April. Launch day it was declined.
Sprint said opps sorry---2 days after I paid full price

Im wondering who I can call at sprint to have them escalate the issue. Obviously something is going on. Or they are forcing me to buy from a Sprint store.

I've been with Sprint for over 18 years. I joined the Upgrade Program this year because I've learned that the less I have to deal with Sprint the better;)
