I don't understand why people want to pay little or nothing for something as important to them as their email and document storage (aka webspace). For about 150 a year you can get a domain name, a hosting account and a couple of hundred or more mgs of space from many professional hosting companies. Why do people who want a standard of professional services expect people like Google, Yahoo, Hotmail or Spymac to be able to provide them? And if you want a professional standard or service why expect to pay bottom dollar? If you think $24.95 a year is expensive then wake up and smell the Arabica. It's bottom dollar and you get no SLA, just their ToC. I'm on Spymac for one thing, the community, nothing else.
