hello,
i have a 32Gb iPhone4 purchased almost 2 years ago and i got the square trade warranty. Now my glass is broken and I'd like to file a claim. Only problem is that the serial number square trade has on file isn't the same as my phone. I have applecare and over the past 2 years I have had my phone swapped out for a few different reason that Apple covered.
Does anyone know how square trade handles situations like these?

thanks
Chris

I'd call or email them and ask, rather than relying on secondhand information. I'm sure they've helped other people with similar situations in the past.

Those 2 bolded statements don't line up. Your 32gb iP4 ISN'T the same phone you bought 2 years ago, correct? They have the proper serial number on file, you have since acquired new phone/s.

Only way to know how ST would handle this would be to contact them. My best guess would be they aren't going to cover a device that their insurance wasn't purchased on.
