The out of warranty replacement cost at Apple is $299. Does the consumer have the option to pay that if repairs exceed $299?
I am trying to understand if I have the ability to simply walk into an Apple store and ask for a OOW replacement.
I would then consider buying ST as a hedge for replacement as my AMEX already extended the standard 1 year warranty to 2 automatically.
