Squeaking space bar (Aluminum Model)

My space bar has began to squeak when i use it. I have the MacBook aluminum $1299 model

Anybody else experiencing this?
 
i started getting that about 3 days ago also but not just the spacebar but the whole middle section of the keyboard i dont know if this is something worth taking into the apple store for them to look at
 
Ugh! I had the same thing happen to my Black MacBook last year... I was so glad to get rid of it and got an iMac instead (once I graduated from college of course as I didn't need to be portable anymore).

I would at least take it to the genius bar for them to look at.

Yeah i might take it in. I would want my $1000+ Laptop to be perfect. FYI i also have those slanted keys, but im not sure if that's a reason to get it replaced.
 
Wow! I had the slanted function keys issue in my black MacBook as well. I can't complain though because I bought it off CList for $900, used it for a semester at school, and then sold it for $900. I just dealt with the keys and the squeaky button as I knew I wasn't planning on keeping it for very long.
 
When I first bought my $1599 Macbook Alu. I had the same issue. I'm pleased to tell you that after about 2-3 weeks of usage it has largely disappeared.
