I've just installed Vista Home Premium 64 bit on my MacBook Pro and I've encountered a lot of problems.

The OS install went well and I then installed the drivers and rebooted. Then the problems began.

The drivers for the ethernet card, wireless network card, video card, iSight, and I believe bluetooth are not working. I reinstalled drivers to no effect.

Uh... help?

Oh, and let's not forget the trackpad... it works, but cannot be configured. I cannot set it up to click on tap, for example.

Windows Vista 64bit has a lot of driver issues, you should have gotten the 32bit version if you want to install windows.

you can actually reduce the equation and still have it be correct
it breaks down like this

SR MBP + Vista Home Premium 64 = problems!
-
SR MBP
-
home premium 64
=
--------------------------
vista=problems

seriously though you can use your serial with a 32 bit install if you can, ahem, find, or borrow a copy of the 32 bit install dvd
