SS Space Black - how does it hold up?

So I'm late to the party. Just bought this watch today, I'm trying to figure out which bands would look nice with this particular model. Any suggestions?

Isn't it pretty safe to conclude that the space black holds up very very well - to answer the OP. I can't see anyone disputing that - all examples of the space black after a period of time show no or next to no scratches or time/wear related defects. What else is there to say really? Unless someone can post a pic of their battered up and scratched space black - I've yet to see one.

To be fair to the OP, the questions was asked around the time the Watch originally launched, and no one knew for sure how things would turn out.

With the benefit of two years experience we can now have confidence in the longevity of the SB coating.
