Both sizes of SS also get both S/M and M/L

No difference. Both Sport and SS get S/M AND M/L bands (3 pieces total).

They both include S/M and M/L size bands.

The 38mm specifically covering 130mm to 200mm and the 42mm specifically covering 140mm to 210mm.
