hi guys, so I have a macbook pro 13inch (mid 2012). so i had an optic drive for cd's. I have removed this and replaced it with an ssd for better performance. I have moved my OS onto the ssd and used the hdd for storage purposes. but now I have a problem that I need people with experience to help me solve. Should I move my OS back to my hdd and store games and frequently used apps (e.g spotify) onto the ssd instead? or should i keep using the ssd to run the OS and store game files on the hdd (I do not know how to configure this) Also my SSD is 120gb big and my hdd is 500gb

not really what I am asking sorry, im not looking to fuse both drives together, but either
1. to keep OS and games on ssd (120gb), hdd (500gb) for storage (e.g. work files)
2. move OS to hhd and keep game files stored here, ssd for games and frequently used applications

Definitely option 1. Games don't benefit that much from SSDs since many have fixed-length loading/video scenes that can't be skipped. What you could do is keep the most played games in the SSD and put the rest in the HDD.
