SSD and RAM for Mac Mini (Late 2012)

Hi,

I'm purchasing SSD and RAM online for my Mac Mini (Late 2012), and I was hoping someone could help me verify if these models are compatible, so I can avoid having to return them when they don't work.

SSD: SAMSUNG 850 EVO-Series MZ-75E500B/AM 2.5" 500GB SATA III 3-D Vertical Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance Performance 16GB (2 x 8G) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Laptop Memory Model CMSX16GX3M2B1600C9

Or, any recommendations on different brands / models?

I've done a fair amount of research, but a bit overwhelmed by the options and not 100% sure of the compatibility. Would really appreciate some help.
