I'm lost, did quite everything to fix my problem no solution left for me:
    1) Bought a crucial M4 512 GB, format ,cloned... replaced my original drive; everything fine ...except 3 beeps when I shut it down and kernel error when powering back on!
2)Went to the applestore, they check my RAM 2X 8 GB ; OK they decided to replace my logic board (I kept my SSD hard drive with my data with me.
    3) 1 week later I received my macbook pro late 2011 (i7 2.4) went home, put my drive back in... same problem!! Replace my original HD ; no problem at all.
    4) Decide to return my SSD (Crucial) bought a new Samsung 840 pro 512, cloned, same shutting down and sleep problem; 3 beeps at shut down, when it try to sleep; black screen.. no wake up and get very hot!!
    5) Re-install mountain lion + update to 10.8.3 on top of my cloned SSD drive, put Trimer, update firmware to the latest... still the same problem!!
Don't know what to do, except for the shutting down and sleep and hibernation problms, it works very fast when it on!
So do I have to return the Samsung 840 and try with a OCZ vertex 4 512 GB?
Do someones know how to fix that serious problem? Or my macbook pro is just good to put regular spinning HDD?

Try not cloning but using a Time Machine restore to a fresh ML install.

Three beeps is bad RAM. Do you have a spare RAM chip you could pop in there to test this theory.

I agree it is odd this manifests when you install an SSD, but the fact two brands of SSD did this points away from the SSD as the cause IMO.

.. or put one of them (ram) out and try and then vice versa.
