SSD Choice

So with money as no object.... What is the best brand (if it even makes a diffrence) SSD for a 2010 MBP 2.66GhZ i7? I hear Intel is the best, Then I hear no go with OCZ, then I hear that well apple uses Samsung as a stock 128 GB SSD.

I dont see myself needing bigger than a 256 GB drive.

Also I have heard that SSD's work better with max RAM installed on the computer.

True or False?

If true then I will be getting RAM also.
