Hi all,
So i have just bought a mac mini (late 2012) with 16gb ram, 2.5 i5 and 500gb platter drive. I want to upgrade to have a 480gb ssd and 2tb hdd in it and have seen there is a data doubler kit available.

I read somewhere that it might not fit and i would need some kind of adapter.

Can anyone confirm what kit i would need?

In the link Hellhammer provided, make sure to read the section that starts: "NOTE: A small number of 2012 units ..."

Also, as noted in the link, you need a 9.5mm HDD. Not all 2TB HDD's are 9.5mm.

all done, got my SSD in and didnt break anything! now just waiting to re-image everything...
