Hello fellow mac users!

I have a slight problem with choosing an SSD. I have read the SSD buying guide but I still need help. I want to know if a Vertex 4 SSD is compatible with my Macbook Pro 8,1. If not, what other fast SSDs are there that are compatible with my mac?

System specs:
Macbook Pro 8,1
16GB RAM 1333 MHz DDR3 Corsair ram
2.4 GHz Intel core i5
OS X 10.7.5 and Windows 7 partion
Intel HD Graphics 3000 512MB
