I have a 160 gb drive and I wouldn't know if I could go back to anything else. Perhaps the 10,000 rpm drives, but still it'd be tough. It was intended to be a drive for a future mbp purchase that I never bothered with and now I couldn't see myself without it. I think about buying another often.
Thanks Jessica. If you don't mind my asking, what brand SSD do you have and how much was it? 160GB would be IDEAL for me, as 120GB seems too small and 240GB is more $$$ than I would like to spend (back in school again).
I'm considering the OWC Mercury Extreme Pro SSD 120 GB for $269.99 and replacing the BTO DVD+DL drive that came with my Hex-Core Pro and leaving the LG Blu-Ray burner in as on optical, giving me 1xSSD and 4xSATA HDDs.
120GB will be the smallest boot drive I have used since, well, a long time, but I can't justify $500+ for a drive when I'm shifting my business down a bit for grad school.
