SSD Installing

Hello,
So my mission at hand is to learn how to install my Intel X25 80Gb SSD into the optibay, I already have the optibay, I just ordered my laptop and what I want is for the 80GB SSD to have OSX and applications installed. And the 500Gb can hold everything else.
I have read before something about TRIM support, and about SSD's dying when people have tried this process for not downloading the proper things I guess? (dont really know what they could have done)
So if you could guide me towards a helpful tutorial or step by step to do this then Id appreciate it x500.
 
so what's the use of a forum if youre going to say search google?
I asked for a reference, clearly I tried searching and couldnt find anything concise and to the point without paying money, so I ask for help.....

between youtube and google theres so much info out there

Because you don't understand how a forum works. If everyone posted the same question over and over again, the forum would cease to exist as a useful tool.
