Yes, go for this one.
As I said earlier, just use external drives for storage only. If you're working on it, move it to the internal SSD first, then move it back when you're done with it.
I'll definitely do that, and the external drives will just be plain 7200rpm USB 3 1-2TB drives, because the 10000+ rpm disks cost a lot more and don't offer as much storage space, and an SSD disk inside a Thunderbolt case expensive for not very much space at all...
