SSD performance on M1 macbook air? 256 vs 512 or 1TB? anyone?

I saw the performance of the 256 SSD on the M1 MacBook air, but what about 512 or 1TB?

Write: 1652 MB/s
Read: 2368 MB/s

Just ran speed test on my MBA 8-core 16GB/1TB and got:

Read:3641 MB/s
Write: 2716 MB/s

Thanks guys! I wonder if the 512 is closer to the 1TB?
Haven't come up against the wall with my 2018 mac mini with the 1TB
which is about 2800 and 2600 write.
I'm thinking about getting the cheapest M1 Macbook air just until
mx1 comes out, thanks and happy holidays!
