SSD, will this converter fit?

I'm wondering if this SSD converter will fit into my Mac Pro? is this what I need to put it in?

Is there anything different from slotting in a SSD to a normal HD?

oh the ssd is this: (the 80GB or the 160GB model I may use)

Excellent. I've been thinking about going with an SSD. But up until now I hadn't seen a good adapter to fit it into the MP sleds.

I think I'll be getting one of those when I do get around to getting an SSD.
