MP 1,1-5,1 SSD7101 boot OpenCore & Windows 11

Hi everyone, I now have a Highpoint SSD7101 with two Samsung NVMe SSDs and would like to boot from this setup as RAID 0. I haven't been able to find much information about this anywhere... only hints that OpenCore needs to be modified so that the controller is recognized by the driver as early as possible during the EFI boot process, in order to then appear in the OpenCore boogemacht?

Has anyone done this before?

Says on spec sheet -
Mac：Bootable using one (non-RAID) M.2 SSD as the boot drive. Only supports up to macOS 10.15.
