SSH Graphical Tools?

Are there any SSH graphical tools out there (like FileZilla) so I can interact with a Linux directory "graphically"?

SSH in mac is fine for what it does, but when I'm trying to set up a server and transfer files, etc., something a bit more user friendly would be great.

Or, do we need to have the FTP service actually set up on the Linux box first?
