Right, I got that. It's just that my Mac at home can pass traffic out to the Internet without having to download and install Tinyproxy. I was wondering why you chose Tinyproxy instead of using the ssh server that came on your Mac.

I use ssh to encrypt the traffic between my laptop and the HTTP proxy server. The HTTP proxy server handles the traffic to the internet.
