Wait, you don't have Wifi?

Doesn't that completely ruin the point of owning an iPod touch? If you don't plan to have Wifi at home, my suggestion to you, my friend, would be to return your iPod touch and get something cheaper.

If you do decide to set up Wifi, search for fswmacguy on YouTube (it's me! :D ), and there's a quick and easy tutorial for you to try.

first of all,i am trying to set up the WIFI for the ipod.and second i already looked at your toturial and got it....i just want to know how to install themes, games and apps through SSH.....

SSH is an IP (Internet Protocol) app. It is designed to be used on a network. The only network the ipod touch uses is via wifi.

You can get iFunbox which will let you transfer files to the ipod via the USB, but that doesn't "install" apps. The only way I know how to install apps is via the apple store, cydia or installer all of which require wifi.
