Whether you will see the benefits depends on what you do, but people who do video and photo processing, illustrations with a lot of layers, games, and other GPU related things will see the benefits. If all you do is browsing and media consumption, you wont.

Thanks for proofing the point. If you’re workflow includes maxing out the capability of the predecessor you might see a gain. That’s miles away from being a no brainer. The latest stuff tends to be the quickest. Wether or not you benefit from it is a different conversation.
