Hey guys I have recently been informed that i have got through to the final stage of the Apple retail recruitment, I have to have an interview over the phone with the area Manager, what should i expect?. I have already been to a seminar and had a one on one interview with the manager.

Oh dear not looking good, i spoke to the regional manager today the call lasted around 13 minutes he just asked me a few question such as why Apple? etc. however i messed up on one of the questions when he asked "Name 3 of your weaknesses and how you can overcome them, and how they have hindered you previous?" i took me a little while and i only named 2 so he moved on.... so it is looking like that I have fallen at the final hurdle, i will just have to wait and see, i really really want the job... but we dont always get what we would like.

Man, I HATE those types of questions in interviews.

"What are your biggest weaknesses?"

"I dunno...reacting poorly to stupid interview questions?"
