Stage Manager Keyboard shortcuts? (for switching stages)

I dont know if theres already a thread regarding this but is there keyboard shortcuts for switching stages? I havent found anything online so far.

Looking for the same

Its nice Stage Manager stages are kept after a restart, unlike Spaces. Just need a way now to switch thru them quickly. Spaces have the options shortcut of GLOBE-1, GLOBE-2, etc

CMD-Tab kinda works because it is the apps, but just going thru the Stages would be nice.

Also wouldn't mind controlling the size of the Stage Manager Previews, and getting rid of the goofy animation. Its like old school Pages page turn

I did not found any action in better touch tool for switching stages.
Only I managed for activating and deactivating stage manager with a keyboard shortcut
