Stage Manager Missing

Do you see it in the Desktop and Dock settings under Windows and Apps? In my control center, there is no option to show in the menu bar. it's an on/off toggle only. Are you sure that's what you clicked on?
Also it's a little confusing you said you clicked on it in control center, and then said it's not in control center. Could you clear that up?

Ah sorry that was terrible wording on my part. I meant settings -> control center -> stage manager. You helped me figure out my problem though. In order to enable stage manager you also need to have "displays have separate spaces" enabled which can also be found under desktop and dock settings. Thank you!
And thank you for reminding me to look at the Control Center settings, which I skipped when reviewing what's new in other settings. Now I see the show in menu bar option you were talking about.
When I enable Stage Manager, I do not see the side bar for it on Desktop 1 but see it on Desktop 2. It has been happening on both 13 and 13.0.1. Any ideas?
